The shuttle service to the parks was incredibly
efficient, operating every 20 minutes and making it simple to get to Disneyland. The room was spacious for our family and comfortable with nice furnishings. However, we found the dining options somewhat limited, especially during late hours when the restaurant closed early.

Recommend it for families visiting Disney
We really liked the efficient shuttle service to the parks, it made everything a breeze! My kids enjoyed watching the fireworks right from our room, a surprise delight after a long day at the park.
It wasn’t cheap, but still reasonable for what you get.

We enjoyed the spacious Symphony Room, perfect for my family with teens. The free shuttle bus made getting to the Disney parks hassle-free, and I loved having great dining options nearby at ISKIPIARI. The breakfast buffet offered loads of choices for everyone.
My kids wished the on-site dining options stayed open longer.

great stay but dining options could improve
The Symphony Room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay for my family. We appreciated the friendly staff who made our experience enjoyable, especially at the breakfast buffet where they chatted and took pictures for us. The shuttle service to the train station was efficient and made our travels to the Disney parks effortless. Also, the nearby bakery and convenience store provided great quick snack options during our stay.
Dining options could be more varied, especially in the evening.

We stayed in the Harmony Room with 3 Beds for 2 nights, and it was spacious and clean. Beds were surprisingly comfortable—better than usual Japanese hotels. The bathroom setup was nice with a separate area for the toilet, so we all could get ready at once. Plus, the view of the sea and even Mt. Fuji in the distance was a great bonus! Just wish there were a few more dining options nearby, but overall, a great spot for families visiting Disney.
